As our business continues to expand its regional base, we are seeking to engage a strategic professional to join our Regional Human Resource team.

Human Resource Officer (Due April 17, 2025)
Core Responsibilities:

Coordinate and provide support with recruitment and selection, performance management, benefits management and other Human Resource (HR) related matters.
- Schedule and coordinate onboarding assignments and training sessions.
- Compile and process employee documentation and records, keeping the employee databases updated.
- Assist the Senior Manager HR with formulating policies, procedures, and changes, as well as communicating all updates to employees.
- Assist with analysing training needs and programs to enhance employee development.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics.
- Assist in administering and processing payrolls and related personnel changes.
- Maintain the departmental email account and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Prepare and manage HR related communications for circulation.
- Deal with routine administrative matters
Qualifications / Experience:
-
A Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Management or related field with at least 3 years’ experience in HR or Administration role.
OR
-
A Diploma / Associate Degree in HR / Management / Administration with 2 years’ of related work experience.
Skills, Competencies and Requirements for the position:
- Experience in HR and Administration processes and best practices.
- High level of interpersonal, relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills.
- Extensive team management skills with ability to quickly engage staff and relevant resources.
- Strategic, proactive and results oriented.
- Ability to create well-designed materials for effective communication to employees.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- A “make it happen” approach.
