Top International Certification Awarded to Harris Paints Team Members, Across the Region

As the leading independent resource for the paint and coatings sector in the USA and Canada, the Master Painters Institute provides top-tier training and certification programs for members of the industry. Harris Paints enrolled over 15 key sales and staff across the region, and there are a dozen who have now passed the robust training programme and have been awarded an Architectural Coatings Technologist (ACT) designation by the MPI.

Among the top training courses in the industry, MPI's ACT programme provides comprehensive technical knowledge essential to the principles and practices of commercial/architectural paints and coatings that is recognized internationally.  It covers the different chemical components of paints and how this impacts performance as well as a focus on specification and standards.  The wide scope of the course not only reinforces current knowledge but gives an excellent grounding in specialty products and practices that are mainly used by industry professionals.
