For example, Harris Paints was the first regional manufacturer to use scientific advancements to introduce durable products based on kinder, water-based technology and also to minimize Volatile Organic Compounds  (VOCs) which reduces odour, harsh chemicals and their impact on people and the environment.

Customers can also be assured when choosing one of the 59,000 colours available from our tint system that all tinted colours are VOC free.

GREEN PRODUCTS

We are proud of our most recent accomplishment to be the first regional manufacturer to introduce a certified Zero VOC interior paint. Ulttima Plus Pure has the safest paint rating with no odour and no harsh chemicals.  It is ideal for people who have sensitive health conditions, interior environments that have limited natural ventilation (such as air-conditioned offices) and is suitable even for asthma and allergy sufferers.

Harris Paints has eliminated plastic carrier bags and is currently examining our packaging and supply chain with a target of making drastic reduction in our environmental impact by 2025.
