Suited for high-traffic areas, this versatile product can be applied to almost any suitably primed interior or exterior surface, including concrete or wooden floors, concrete walls, wooden cabinets and trim, concrete roofs, galvanized sheeting, asphalt shingles and tennis courts. Quick drying and non-yellowing, it is highly resistant to sea spray and detergent solutions., Ulttima Plus Acrylic Porch & Patio Enamel offers pure colours with excellent fade resistance, longer term protection from fungus and mold, superior coverage requiring less coats of paint, makes air quality better by having extremely low odour and low VOCs and uses innovative cross-linking acrylic resins that allow it to bond to and seal many surfaces without priming first. It is available in White, Tile Red, Grey, Tile Green and Terra Cotta or can be tinted to almost any colour.
