Ulttima Concrete & Drywall Primer

An excellent primer for use on new but fully cured, dry masonry walls, ceilings and hardboard. Based on a styrene acrylic emulsion, this economical primer not only has good filling and scaling properties, but also enhances the performance of the emulsion top coat.
