Retail Services Representative - Due July 10, 2026

Core Responsibilities: 

1. To interface with customers directly and indirectly to receive and generate orders and ensure that these orders are processed in a timely manner.  
2. To shade paint and coatings to the prescribed colour standards of the Company in a cost effective and efficient manner, while observing the health, safety and environmental guidelines of the Company.  
3. To ensure the retail department is always well stocked so that customers can be serviced efficiently.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Three (3) A’ Level passes with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  
  OR
  

• At least 5 CXC passes of Grades I, II or III including Mathematics and English along with 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Skills, Competencies and Requirements for the position:

1. Excellent knowledge of Retail, Sales and Customer Service processes and best practices.
2. High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
4. Passion for excellence with a “can do” attitude.
5. Knowledge and experience of working in the Paint industry would be an asset.
