Sales & Administration Manager - Due September 18, 2026

Core Responsibilities:

  1. To manage the sales and business development for Harris Paints across all channels, directing the daily operations in order to maximize profit and minimize costs.
  2. To manage and evaluate the Antigua Sales activities of Key Accounts and Independent Dealers.
  3. To establish and maintain local marketing networks to increase the visibility and sales of Harris Paints products.
  4. To develop the Harris Paints Antigua Store to a full retail paint and accessories facility offering quality service to customers, and to be the leading center for coating information, service and related products in Antigua.
  5. Control and monitor the administration of all Human Resource activities
  6. Oversee office administration activities

Qualifications / Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business along with at least 5 years of experience in a sales role.
    OR
  • 8 years of knowledge and proven experience of working in the Paint industry or in Sales along with a Diploma in Business Management.

Skills, Competencies and Requirements for the position:

  1. Experience in Retail business development through sales and marketing activities.
  2. High level of interpersonal, relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills. 
  3. Customer-focused with a passion for excellence and a “can do” attitude. 
  4. Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications and Points of sale systems. 
  5. Champion positive plans to enhance customer service experience. 
  6. Knowledge of the paint or construction industry would be an asset. 
  7. Ability to work under pressure and in a team-based environment.
  8. Time management and analytical skills.
  9. Strong knowledge of HR administration, employee records, leave management, onboarding, attendance and performance management.
  10. Ability to handle employee matters professionally, maintain confidentiality, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
