Talent Development Manager (Due February 7, 2025)
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess the training and development needs of the company through jon analysis, career paths in consultation with leaders.
- Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
- Develop and deploy effective training methods and manuals that target tangible results both within Harris and to support its customer base, such as painters and contractors training programs.
- Evaluate and monitor training outcomes and effectiveness.
- Manage the training budget and resources.
- Continue the development of the Harris Accademy to broaden its scope as a learning and development centre.
- Facilitate and conduct training for employees across the group.
- Manage the continuous development and improvement of the Harrus Talent Management system to ensure continuous success in employee development across the region.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR / Management / Business or related field with at least 3 years' experience in HR and Training leadership role.
OR
- A Master's Degree in HR / Management / Business or related field with 1 year experience in HR and Training leadership role.
Skills, Competencies and Requirements for the position:
- Experience in HR and Administration processes and best practices.
- High level of interpersonal, relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills.
- Extensive team management skills with ability to quickly engage staff and relevant resources.
- Strategic, proactive, and results oriented.
- Champion mentoring, coaching and training.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- A "make it happen" approach.
- Knowledge of the paint industry would be an asset.
