We are seeking to engage customer-focused individuals to join our Barbados Production team.

Temporary Production Assistants - Due September 23, 2026

Core Responsibilities:

1. Label, fill and pack completed products to ensure safe distribution.
2. Load raw materials into manufacturing machinery according to production requirements.
3. Start, operate and monitor machinery and equipment to maintain a smooth production flow.
4. Maintain a consistent work pace to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.
5. Keep work areas clean, organized and free from hazards.
6. Comply with all departmental safety rules, regulations and procedures.

Qualifications / Experience:

• At least 3 CXC passes of Grades I, II or III including Mathematics and English or equivalent, along with 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment

2. Understand, follow and complete routine tasks based on established instructions.
   
3. Sound physical condition and good physical coordination.
   
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
