As our business continues to expand its regional base, we are seeking to engage a results-driven,customer- centric leader to join our Sales & Marketing team in Barbados.

Retail Services Manager

Core Responsibilities: 

1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow the Retail company stores’ market share in Barbados.
2. Lead the Retail team as per business objectives and oversee daily Retail store operations.
3. Manage the omnichannel customer experience through support, information, and advice.
4. Manage Retail company stores’ inventory levels.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management/Marketing or related area with at least 5 years’
  experience in Sales.
  
  OR
  

• 8 years of knowledge and proven experience of working in the Paint industry or in Sales along with a Diploma in Business Management.

Skills, Competencies and Requirements for the position:

1. Experience in Retail business development through sales and marketing activities.
2. High level of interpersonal, relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills.
3. Customer focused with a passion for excellence and a “can do” attitude.
4. Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications and Points of sale systems.
5. Champion positive plans to enhance customer service experience.
6. Possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
7. Knowledge of the paint or construction industry would be an asset.
