Retail Services Representative/Colour Technician - Due November 13, 2026

Core Responsibilities: 

1. Deliver excellent customer service and provide expert guidance on colour selection, paint products, and application solutions.
2. To tint and/or colour match paint and coatings to the prescribed colour standards of the Company in a cost effective and efficient manner, while observing the health, safety and environmental guidelines of the Company.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance and servicing schedules for colour centre machines, keep records of all service activities, and promptly report equipment faults to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
4. Liaise with Retail, Trade, Distribution and Colour Delivery to ensure the correct prioritization and processing of orders, both for customers, for internal testing and for stock.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Knowledge and experience of computer repairs.
• Experience in a technical repair field would be an asset.
  
• Knowledge and experience of working in the Paint industry would be an asset.
• At least 5 CXC passes of Grades I, II or III including Mathematics and English along with 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

2. Must be methodical and disciplined to organize schedules and tasks with little supervision.
   
3. High attention to detail and accuracy in colour matching, tinting and quality control.
   
4. Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.
   
5. Maintain Product Knowledge of paints, coatings, and related products.
   
6. Effective problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and equipment issues.
