Sales Executives

Core Responsibilities: 

1. Manage your own sales territory and build strong relationships with independent dealers and key retail partners
   
2. Visit stores, check inventory, support dealers, and help them grow sales
   
3. Grow your customer base by finding new leads and spotting opportunities
   
4. Handle basic sales paperwork e.g. invoices, orders, reports
   
5. Bring ideas and strategies that help promote the Harris brand and ultimately help customers choose the right coatings solutions

Qualifications / Experience:

Option 1:

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or similar field and 3+ years of experience in Sales or Retail
  

Option 2:

• Completed (or working toward) a paint certification or sales/marketing related qualification and 3+ years of experience in Sales or Retail

Skills, Competencies and Requirements for the position:

1. Someone who understands retail or sales and enjoys working with people
   
2. Friendly, confident communication skills
   
3. Comfortable using Microsoft Office; Retail Point of Sale (POS) experience is a bonus
   
4. A positive “let’s get it done” attitude and willingness to learn paint basics (don’t worry — we’ll train you!)
   
5. Someone who is organized, reliable, and self-driven
   
6. Must have a valid driver’s licence and vehicle
