Finance Officer - Due October 26, 2026

Core Responsibilities: 

1. Perform a variety of Finance / accounting tasks, related to accounts payables/receivables, inventory management, and fixed asset management; ensuring that all aspects of the Finance function are carried out in a correct and efficient manner.
   
2. To maintain and apply financial and accounting standards and policies in order to support the operation.
   
3. Maintain accurate records, prepare timely reports, and analyze financial information.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Three (3) A’ Level passes including Accounting along with at least one year of experience in the Accounting field and a knowledge of Account software including Sage.
  OR
  

• Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) designation or any similar designation or equivalent (e.g. ACCA Level 1) and at least one year of experience in the Accounting field and a knowledge of Account software including Sage.

Skills, Competencies and Requirements for the position:

1. Proficient in accounting systems, with specific experience in SAGE and/or similar ERP and accounting systems. Experience in SAGE Intacct would be advantage.
   
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
   
3. Excellent analytical, and time management skills.
   
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
   
5. Detail oriented, with a readiness to Champion best practices.
   
6. Open to learning, adaptability and innovation with a growth mindset.
   
7. Ability to work independently and highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
