Retail Services Representative

Core Responsibilities: 

1. Actively deliver our World Class products and services as per business objectives.
   
2. Help with key activities to increase Retail sales.
   
3. Assist with the customer experience through information and advice.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Three (3) A’ Level passes including Business or a Diploma / Associate’s Degree in Business with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  
  OR
  

• At least 5 CXC passes of Grades I, II or III including Mathematics and English along with 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Skills, Competencies and Requirements for the position:

1. Excellent knowledge of Retail, Sales and Customer Service processes and best practices.
   
2. High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
   
3. Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Point of sales systems.
   
4. Passion for excellence with a “can do” attitude along with an “eye for colour”.
   
5. Knowledge and experience of working in the Paint industry would be an asset.
   
6. Innovative & Customer focused with an interest in interior design.
   
7. Possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
