Sales Executive - Trade

Core Responsibilities: 

1. Develop and maintain a Sales Territory, prospecting for painting projects with Hotels, Developers, Contractors, and other B2B Trade clients.
   
2. Process and maintain accurate sales invoices, transactions, records, and reports.
   
3. Develop and implement strategies and sales plans that expand the customer base.

Qualifications / Experience:

• A Diploma / Associate Degree in Business Management or Marketing or equivalent
  professional designation of professional sales and customer relation certifications or
  professional paint certification with 5 years’ experience in a Sales or Retail role.
  
  OR
  

• Completion of professional paint certification or similar sales and marketing designation
  or related field along with at least 3 years’ experience in a Sales or Retail role.

Skills, Competencies and Requirements for the position:

1. Experience in Retail business development through sales and marketing activities.
   
2. High level of interpersonal, relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills.
   
3. Customer focused with a passion for excellence and a “can do” attitude.
   
4. Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications and Point of sales systems.
   
5. Champion positive plans to enhance customer service experience.
   
6. Possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
   
7. Knowledge of the paint or construction industry would be an asset.
