Thoroughly clean the area to be painted removing any loose debris and ensuring it is free of mold or mildew. Power wash large areas or scour smaller areas with a brush. Remove any cleaning fluids and allow to dry.
Apply 1-2 coats Super Seal Premium Bonding Primer/ Sealer to bond the surface and provide a good foundation on which to paint.
Top coat with any Ulttima Plus Emulsion paint in the desired sheen and finish.

While Harris/ B-H Paints do supply specialist High Performance Coatings (HPCs) these fall outside the scope of this guide. HPCs are a class of technically advanced protective coatings designed to give superior levels of impact, abrasion and corrosion protection designed for aggressive environments including high traffic areas and in commercial and industrial applications.
