This is an extremely hard surface that resists paint from achieving proper adhesion without special preparation.

Apply 1 coat Super Seal Premium Bonding Primer/Sealer or use a diluted coat of Ulttima Plus Acrylic Porch & Patio Enamel and allow to dry thoroughly.
Apply 2 coats Ulttima Plus Acrylic Porch & Patio Enamel allowing to fully dry between coats.
