Clean PVC with an ammonia-based window cleaner to remove dirt or grease. Lightly abrade the surface by sanding with fine grade sandpaper to remove the glossy surface.
Prime with 1 full coat Super Grip Premium Problem-Solving Primer.
Top coat with minimum 2 coats Ulttima Plus Emulsion in the desired sheen and finish. Alternatively spray Rust-Oleum Paint for Plastic, applying thin coats and allowing to dry between coats. Repeat until fully covered. Allow to fully cure for up to 7 days for longest-lasting protection.
