This refers to a family of steel alloys characterized by a thin, invisible chromium enriched film that resists corrosion.
If the surface is polished smooth, it’ll be necessary to sand to roughen and provide some ‘tooth’ to aid the adhesion of the coating. After sanding, remove all debris and clean the surface thoroughly with a degreaser or methylated spirits, being sure to remove all cleaning agents.
Prime all bare metal with 1 coat Super Grip Premium Problem-Solving Primer and allow to dry thoroughly.
Use Ulttima Plus Acrylic Porch & Patio Enamel, Satin or Gloss (emulsion or oil) or Pro Speed Cover Gloss Emulsion.
