If there is too much water in concrete when you paint, the coating will likely peel or bubble so it’s best to check before you start.
Either allow to dry further or use a moisture sealing Primer such as Super Seal Premium Bonding Primer/Sealer.

While Harris/ B-H Paints do supply specialist High Performance Coatings (HPCs) these fall outside the scope of this guide.
