Consumers must purchase a minimum of two (2) gallons of the eligible/featured BH decorative paints at any authorized / participating paint dealers. Eligible products are Perma Flat and Satin Emulsion, Gloss enamel, Roofing Compound, Ulttima Plus Flat emulsion and Gloss enamel, Port and Patio Acrylic, Pro-Speed Flat Eggshell and Gloss emulsion, whether the purchase is in quarts equivalent, one gallon or 5-gallon pails, which qualifies a consumer (s) to one entry form.
Customers will receive a BH paints entry form from either an in-store BH retail sales representative/promoter or a store Supervisor.
Customers will be entitled to one (1) entry form for purchasing at least 2 gallons of paint at any of our120participating locations Island wide. Customers are entitled to one entry form per transaction.
Customer must accurately fill out the BH entry form with their full name, Address, telephone number and email address and completing the slogan“Paint it. Love it”.the date, outlet they purchased the paints from as well as the Invoice number from their purchase receipt (Proof of Purchase).
Participants can enter multiple times. Participants can win multiple times with separate entry forms.
All prizes are non-transferrable.

Order of prize selection
November and December first 8 entries will be the television, followed by the winners of Progressive Grocers vouchers.
Final Draw will be – first 9 entries will be for the television, then the next entry will be the grand prize winner.
Entry forms will be collected and deposited into a raffle box located at the BH Paints Head Office- Brandram-Henderson (West Indies) Ltd. located at 10 Bell Road, East Kingston 11, Jamaica. Draws will be conducted at this location at 3:00pm.

The promotion runs from October 14th, 2019 until 11:59 PM EST December 31st, 2019. BH PAINTS is not responsible for late, incomplete, misdirected entries or printing errors. All ineligible entries will be void. All entries become the property of the BH PAINTS
All entry formsexceptfor the past selected winners will be included in the following draw. All entries except winners will return to the entry box.
Any entry that comes in after November 4th, 2019 will be eligible for the next draw. Any entry that comes in after December 2nd, 2019 will be eligible for the next draw. Any entry that comes inafter December 31, 2019 willnotbe eligible.
All winners will be contacted (within 24 hours of the draw) via telephone five (5) times within a 24-hour period. Failure to answer will result in forfeiture of the prize and defer to the backup entries in the order they were drawn.
Winners will be asked to go to the BH Head Office located at 10 Bell Rd., East Kingston 11, Jamaica within 14 working days after notification to be awarded their prize.
If prize is not claimed within the above mentioned timeline, on the 15th day BH Paints reserves the right, with the Authorization of the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify such winner and to select a replacement winner from the remaining pool of stored entry forms. Unclaimed prizes after promotion will be retained by BH Paints. BH PAINTS shall not be responsible for failed attempts to redeem a prize and no responsibility is assumed by BH PAINTS for any problem(s) associated with attempt(s) to redeem a prize(s).
All winners must present a valid government ID to claim their prize (e.g. Driver’s license, national ID or Passport) and proof of purchase with corresponding invoice number.
BH Paints, Brandram-Henderson Limited and Harris Paints Limited (Barbados) reserve the right to use the winners’ images, voices, before and after makeover images or videos in any advertising or promotional activity without consideration. Failure to participate will result in the forfeiture of any prize.
Employees and their immediate families (defined as spouse, children, mother, father or siblings) of Harris Group of Companies, Brandram-Henderson Limited and all other subsidiaries of the Harris Group of Companies, VantageOne Group, Employees of the participating hardware stores and of The Betting, Gaming & Lotteries Commission as well as their immediate families are not eligible for entry for this competition.
BH PAINTS and or its representatives reserve the right, with the Authorization of the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission, to examine identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the information presented.
Claims: Under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to seek the award of damages, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages or any other damages, and to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the BH PAINTS location governing their jurisdiction and agree to waive the right to a jury trial with respect to any claim or dispute regarding any aspect of this promotion or official promotion rules.
